3 g of creatine monohydrate with the electrolytes you lose through sweat — calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium — plus L-tyrosine and 50 mg of coenzyme Q10, in a pineapple-flavoured 7 g scoop.

Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. 30 servings per 210 g pack.

Powdered food supplement of creatine monohydrate with electrolytes (calcium and magnesium). Pineapple flavour. Contains sweeteners.

Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), calcium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium malate, sodium chloride, L-tyrosine, colour (turmeric concentrate), sweetener (steviol glycosides), coenzyme Q10.

Allergens: May contain traces of soya, gluten, milk and nuts. Made in a facility that also handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, nuts and peanuts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. Keep tightly closed before and after opening. After opening, consume within 30 days.

Nutrition information for this pack.

On training days, take it about 30 minutes before you start. On rest days, take it whenever suits you.

The only claims we are permitted to make for this product are the ones tied to its composition: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Everything below is a summary of published research, not a claim about what this product will do for you.

Cognition. A 2024 systematic review and meta-analysis of creatine and cognitive function in adults reported a moderate-certainty benefit for memory, and low-certainty benefits for processing speed and attention time. Overall cognitive function and executive function did not improve. A separate 2024 randomised trial found that a single very large dose — 0.35 g per kilogram of body weight, around 25 g for a 70 kg adult — partly offset the cognitive decline caused by sleep deprivation for several hours. The dose matters: that research does not tell you what 3 g a day does for cognition.

Women. A 2025 review of creatine across women's health concluded that the evidence is strongest for muscle strength and body composition when creatine is combined with resistance training, and reported positive effects on bone geometry and lean mass in post-menopausal women in a two-year controlled trial. The same review states that there is no research directly evaluating perimenopausal women.

Older adults. Studies in this group consistently pair creatine with resistance training. The creatine is not a substitute for the training.

In short: the muscle and performance evidence sits at the 3 g daily serving in this pack. The cognitive and bone findings generally come from studies using the same amount or considerably more, and are at an earlier stage.

Every gram is declared. The pack states the exact amount of creatine, calcium, potassium, magnesium, L-tyrosine, sodium chloride and coenzyme Q10 in a 7 g serving, and the nutrition table on this page repeats it.

Woman on an outdoor padel court in Dubai drinking pineapple Zelthy Creatine + Electrolytes from a bottle during a break between games

Pineapple flavour

Tastes like a cold pineapple drink, not a supplement

Pineapple with a little citric acid for a clean, slightly tart finish, and stevia instead of sugar. It is lightly sweet, so plain cold water is all it needs.

The yellow in the glass comes from turmeric concentrate.

  • Cold water, stirred
  • Over ice for a longer drink
  • In coconut water for a rounder taste
  • With sparkling water on a hot afternoon

Every milligram declared

What is in a 7 g scoop

Three grams are creatine. The rest is four minerals, two extras, and what makes it taste of pineapple. Here is all of it, to scale.

  • Creatine monohydrate 3000 mg The full daily serving, the same amount as our unflavoured creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.
  • Calcium citrate 565 mg Provides 119 mg of calcium, 15% of the reference intake.
  • Potassium citrate 550 mg Provides 198 mg of potassium, 10% of the reference intake.
  • Magnesium malate 360 mg Provides 56 mg of magnesium, 15% of the reference intake. Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Sodium chloride 275 mg Table salt, which works out at about 108 mg of sodium.
  • L-tyrosine 200 mg An amino acid. Declared on the pack
  • we make no claim for it.
  • Coenzyme Q10 50 mg A compound found in the body and in meat and fish. Declared on the pack
  • we make no claim for it.
  • Flavour, citric acid, turmeric colour, stevia ≈ 2 g What makes it taste of pineapple and colours it yellow. Sweetened with steviol glycosides
  • no added sugar.

Amounts per 7 g serving, from the product specification. Reference intakes are for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal). The flavour system is the remainder of the scoop and is not declared by weight.

How to take it

A drink, about 30 minutes before you train

Stir one 7 g scoop into 200 ml of cold water, or another drink you like, and drink it straight away. One serving a day.

On rest days, take it whenever suits you. Creatine works by building up in the muscle over a few weeks, so taking it every day matters more than the exact time. A flavoured drink simply makes the daily habit easier to keep.

What it is not

The minerals in the scoop are a base, not a rehydration drink. On long sessions in the heat, keep drinking water throughout, and if you sweat heavily, use a dedicated rehydration drink as well.

Questions

Yes. A 7 g scoop contains 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate, the same daily serving as our unflavoured creatine. The other 4 g are the minerals, L-tyrosine, coenzyme Q10 and the flavour.

No. It contains four minerals, including about 108 mg of sodium per scoop, which is a base rather than a full replacement for what you lose in a long, hot session. Keep drinking water while you train, and use a dedicated rehydration drink as well if you sweat heavily.

That is the suggestion on the pack, and it makes it an easy pre-training habit. For creatine itself, timing matters much less than taking it every day, so on rest days any time is fine.

They are part of the formula and declared on the pack: 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 and 200 mg of L-tyrosine per scoop. We make no health claims for either of them.

There is no need. One scoop already gives the full 3 g of creatine. Taking both would double the creatine without any added benefit, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

No. Creatine does not add muscle on its own; training does that, slowly. What people notice in the first weeks is water drawn into the muscle cell, usually one to two kilos, and it sits inside the muscle rather than under the skin.

Lightly sweet. It is sweetened with steviol glycosides and contains no added sugar. In 200 ml of water the pineapple is clear without being syrupy. The yellow colour comes from turmeric concentrate.

Thirty. Each 210 g pack holds 30 servings of 7 g, with a measuring scoop included.
