1. Our products are food supplements, not medicines

The products we sell are food supplements, regulated in the United Arab Emirates as food products. They are intended to supplement a normal diet.

They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Every product sold on this website is registered with Dubai Municipality (Health and Safety Department, Registration and Permits Section) before being placed on the UAE market.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this website — product descriptions, ingredient explanations, blog articles, emails, social media posts, customer reviews, or any response from our customer service team — constitutes medical, clinical, pharmaceutical or dietetic advice. Our team are not acting as your healthcare providers.

Always seek the advice of a licensed physician, pharmacist or registered dietitian regarding any question about your health, a medical condition, or whether a supplement is appropriate for you.

Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on this website. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 998 in the UAE, or the emergency number of the country you are in, immediately.

3. Claims

Any statement made about our products relates to general nutritional support or to the structure or function of the body, and is limited to what is supported by the available scientific evidence and permitted under UAE food-labelling rules.

We do not claim, and you should not infer, that any product cures, treats or prevents any disease. If you encounter a claim of that kind anywhere in connection with our brand — including in a customer review or a third-party post — please report it to wecare@zelthynutrition.ae so that we can correct or remove it.

4. Individual results vary

Nutritional needs and responses differ from person to person. Testimonials, reviews and before-and-after accounts reflect the individual experience of the person who provided them. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of the result you will obtain, and they are not clinical evidence.

5. Speak to a doctor first if any of the following apply

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement sold on this website if you:

• are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding;
• are under 18 years of age;
• have a diagnosed medical condition, including but not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney or liver disease, thyroid disorders, an autoimmune condition, or an eating disorder;
• are taking prescription or over-the-counter medication, including anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, thyroid medication or antidepressants — supplements can interact with medicines;
• are scheduled for surgery;
• have a history of allergy or intolerance to any ingredient;
• are an athlete subject to anti-doping testing — see section 6 below.

6. Athletes and anti-doping

Our products are not certified under any third-party anti-doping testing programme (such as Informed Sport or the Cologne List), and we do not test individual batches for substances prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency. We are not aware of any prohibited substance in our formulations, but absence of awareness is not the same as certification. If you compete under anti-doping rules, check the full ingredient list against your sport's current prohibited list and consult your team doctor or national anti-doping organisation before use. Under the strict liability principle that applies in most sports, you remain responsible for any substance found in your sample.

7. Allergens and intolerances

Ingredient and allergen information is shown on each product page and on the product label. Always read the label on the product you receive before use — formulations and manufacturing sites can change, and the label is authoritative.

If you have a known allergy or intolerance, check the full ingredient list and any "may contain" statement carefully. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

8. Directions for use

Use each product only as directed on its label. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Taking more than the recommended amount does not improve results and may be harmful.

Keep all products out of the sight and reach of children. Store as directed on the label. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack. Do not use if the tamper seal is broken.

9. Adverse reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction after using one of our products, stop using it immediately and seek medical attention. Please also report it to us at wecare@zelthynutrition.ae with the product name, batch number and expiry date, so that we can investigate and, where required, notify the competent authority.

10. Third-party content

Our website and communications may reference scientific studies or link to third-party sources. Those references are provided for general information. A study on an ingredient is not a claim about our finished product, and we do not control or endorse the content of external sites.

11. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or harm arising from use of a product contrary to its label directions, or from a failure to seek appropriate medical advice. Nothing here limits our liability for defective products, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

12. Language

This disclaimer is published in English and in Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency, the Arabic version prevails.
