Regulatory information

The products sold on this website are food supplements. Each product is registered with Dubai Municipality (Health and Safety Department, Registration and Permits Section) before being placed on the UAE market, and carries a Consumer Products Registration Certificate issued by Dubai Municipality. Certificate details for an individual product are available on request at wecare@zelthynutrition.ae.

Food supplements sold in the UAE are regulated as food products and not as medicines. They are not licensed by, and do not carry marketing authorisation from, any medicines regulator.

Our products are registered for the UAE market only. They are not registered with the food or health authorities of other GCC countries. Deliveries to those countries are made at the customer's request and are subject to the import rules of the destination country, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Prices, currency and taxes

Our prices are set in UAE Dirhams (AED). Customers in other GCC countries see and pay prices in their local currency, converted at the exchange rate applied at checkout, without any conversion fee charged by us.

For deliveries within the UAE, no VAT is charged, as we are not currently registered for VAT in the UAE. For deliveries to other GCC countries, we ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis: import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees of the destination country are not included in the price and, where they apply, are payable by the customer, possibly before delivery.

An invoice is issued with every order. It is not a tax invoice and does not show VAT.

The Zelthy name, logo and all content on this website are owned by or licensed to U A U FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING L.L.C and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
