Add one level scoop (approximately 3 g) to a glass of water or your favourite fruit juice, stir with a spoon and drink straight away.

One serving a day, on training days and on rest days.

The only claim we are permitted to make for this product is the one printed on the pack: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. Everything below is a summary of published research, not a claim about what this product will do for you.

Cognition. A 2024 systematic review and meta-analysis of creatine and cognitive function in adults reported a moderate-certainty benefit for memory, and low-certainty benefits for processing speed and attention time. Overall cognitive function and executive function did not improve. A separate 2024 randomised trial found that a single very large dose — 0.35 g per kilogram of body weight, around 25 g for a 70 kg adult — partly offset the cognitive decline caused by sleep deprivation for several hours. The dose matters: that research does not tell you what 3 g a day does for cognition.

Women. A 2025 review of creatine across women's health concluded that the evidence is strongest for muscle strength and body composition when creatine is combined with resistance training, and reported positive effects on bone geometry and lean mass in post-menopausal women in a two-year controlled trial. The same review states that there is no research directly evaluating perimenopausal women.

Older adults. Studies in this group consistently pair creatine with resistance training. The creatine is not a substitute for the training.

In short: the muscle and performance evidence sits at the 3 g daily serving in this pack. The cognitive and bone findings generally come from studies using the same amount or considerably more, and are at an earlier stage.

Creapure® is a branded creatine monohydrate held to a tighter specification than standard creatine.

Per the supplier specification: at least 99.9% creatine monohydrate; creatinine no higher than 100 mg/kg; dicyandiamide no higher than 50 mg/kg; dihydrotriazine below 3 mg/kg. Heavy metals are limited to 0.1 mg/kg or less for lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic.

The supplier further certifies the material as free of TSE/BSE risk, not manufactured from GM raw materials, not subjected to ionising radiation and not tested on animals.

The finished product is registered with Dubai Municipality before it reaches the UAE market.

Creapure® 99.9% minimum purity · made in Germany

Creapure® quality seal

The seal on the pack is the difference

Creapure® is creatine monohydrate made by Alzchem in Trostberg, Germany, on a dedicated, closed production line. Only brands licensed by Alzchem can carry the seal, and every batch is analysed and documented before it leaves the plant.

What the seal buys you is a tighter specification: at least 99.9% creatine monohydrate, set limits for the three by-products of creatine manufacture (creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine), and heavy-metal limits far below the legal maximums.

The molecule, the 3 g serving and the effect on performance are the same as any creatine monohydrate. What changes is how closely its purity is controlled.

How to take it

3 g a day. That is the whole protocol.

Your body already makes about a gram of creatine a day, and meat and fish add a similar amount. It is stored in muscle and spent regenerating energy during short, hard efforts. Muscle stores have a ceiling: around 3 g a day keeps them full, and more does not push them higher.

  1. Every day, training or not. Creatine builds up in the muscle over a few weeks and stays there while you keep taking it.
  2. No loading phase. A high-dose week fills the muscle faster; 3 g a day gets to the same place with less powder and less chance of stomach discomfort.
  3. Any time of day. Before training, after, with breakfast. Pick the moment you will remember.

It is not a hormone, not a steroid, and does not need cycling. The kilo or two some people notice early on is water held inside the muscle cell, which is where creatine does its work.

Creatine is not a bodybuilder supplement

If you train at all
The authorised claim covers repeated bursts of short, high-intensity effort: a set of squats, a sprint up a hill, the last ten minutes of a padel match.
If you are over forty
Muscle mass and strength start to decline from the fourth decade. Research in older adults pairs creatine with resistance training; it supports the training, it does not replace it.
If you eat little or no meat
Most dietary creatine comes from meat and fish, so vegetarians and vegans tend to start with lower muscle stores and more room to fill.
If you are a woman
Women were under-represented in creatine research for decades. A 2025 review found the clearest results for strength and body composition alongside resistance training. The research tab above sets out what it did and did not find.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Questions

Both are creatine monohydrate at 3 g per serving, with the same effect on performance. Creapure® is made by Alzchem in Germany and carries its quality seal: at least 99.9% purity, set limits for creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine, and heavy-metal limits far below the legal maximums. Our standard creatine is HPLC-tested to at least 99.5% purity and meets EU limits, at a lower price per serving. The table on this page shows both specifications side by side.

No. Creatine does not add muscle on its own — training does that, slowly. What people notice in the first weeks is water drawn into the muscle cell, usually one to two kilos, and it is inside the muscle rather than under the skin.

No. It is not a hormone and has nothing in common with anabolic steroids. It is a compound your own body produces and that you already eat in meat and fish.

The studies in women use the same 3 to 5 g a day, alongside resistance training. There is no separate protocol.

Creatine works by saturating the muscle, which takes a few weeks at 3 g a day. There is nothing to feel on day one.

No. Creatine is taken continuously. Stopping simply lets muscle creatine return to its baseline over several weeks.

Creatine monohydrate is only partly soluble in cold water. Stir it, drink it straight away, and add a little water to finish what settles at the bottom. Warmer liquid dissolves it better.

It is unflavoured and unsweetened. In water it is close to neutral with a slightly chalky texture; in juice you will not notice it.
